Shipping Policy

Shipping Area

We currently ship only to valid addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping, including shipping to Canada, Mexico, or other countries outside the United States.

Orders placed with a shipping address outside our supported delivery area may be canceled and refunded.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes may be limited depending on the shipping carrier and the size or weight of the package. Please contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] before ordering if your address falls into one of these categories.

Order Processing

Cosmetic packaging wear is not considered product damage unless the listing specifically guaranteed a particular box condition.

Refund and Return Policy

Return Window

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must:

Opening manufacturer seals, assembling the figure, removing protective materials, displaying the item, or damaging the packaging may make the item ineligible for return.

• Opened or used figures and collectibles

• Items with broken or removed manufacturer seals

• Opened blind boxes or randomized merchandise

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Personalized or custom items

• Digital products

• Gift cards

• Non-refundable pre-order deposits

• Items damaged after delivery

• Unauthorized returns

• Items returned after the return deadline

Products marked “Final Sale” on the product page cannot be returned because of buyer preference or a change of mind.

This does not prevent a customer from contacting us about an item that arrived damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing.

Pre-Owned and Collectible Condition

Some products may be pre-owned, older, discontinued, imported, or sourced from individual collectors.

Product photographs and condition descriptions are part of the item listing. Customers should review all photographs and condition notes before purchasing.

The following may be normal for pre-owned or older collectibles unless otherwise stated:

• Minor box wear

• Small creases or dents

• Faded packaging

• Manufacturing paint variations

• Minor surface imperfections

• Natural aging of plastic or packaging materials

A return will not normally be approved for a condition issue that was clearly photographed or disclosed in the product listing.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds
