Shipping Policy
Shipping Area
We currently ship only to valid addresses within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping, including shipping to Canada, Mexico, or other countries outside the United States.
Orders placed with a shipping address outside our supported delivery area may be canceled and refunded.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes may be limited depending on the shipping carrier and the size or weight of the package. Please contact us at moesage.info@gmail.com before ordering if your address falls into one of these categories.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within [3–5 business days] after payment has been successfully completed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Processing may take longer during sales, conventions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, package dimensions, package weight, and available shipping method.
The shipping fee paid at checkout covers the original shipment only and is generally non-refundable after the order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery time begins after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately [3–10 business days] after shipment.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
If we are unable to ship an order within the processing period stated in this policy or communicated during checkout, we will contact the customer and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

We are not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be shipped again.
Tracking and Delivery
When tracking is available, a package is considered delivered when the shipping carrier marks it as delivered to the address provided during checkout.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Allow up to 24 hours in case the carrier marked the package delivered early.

We will provide reasonable assistance with available tracking information, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for a package that the carrier confirms was delivered to the correct address.
Lost or Delayed Packages

We may open a claim or investigation with the shipping carrier. Any replacement or refund related to a lost package will be considered after the carrier completes its investigation.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, contact us within [3 calendar days] after delivery and provide:

Please retain the product and all packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Minor box wear, small dents, scratches, creases, discoloration, or other cosmetic imperfections may occur with pre-owned, imported, prize, or older collectible merchandise. Cosmetic packaging wear is not considered product damage unless the listing specifically guaranteed a particular box condition.
Refund and Return Policy
Return Window
Eligible return requests must be submitted within [14 calendar days] after tracking shows that the order was delivered.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, an item must:

Opening manufacturer seals, assembling the figure, removing protective materials, displaying the item, or damaging the packaging may make the item ineligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items

Products marked “Final Sale” on the product page cannot be returned because of buyer preference or a change of mind.
This does not prevent a customer from contacting us about an item that arrived damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing.
Pre-Owned and Collectible Condition
Some products may be pre-owned, older, discontinued, imported, or sourced from individual collectors.
Product photographs and condition descriptions are part of the item listing. Customers should review all photographs and condition notes before purchasing.
The following may be normal for pre-owned or older collectibles unless otherwise stated:

Natural aging of plastic or packaging materials
A return will not normally be approved for a condition issue that was clearly photographed or disclosed in the product listing.
Return Shipping
Unless an item arrived damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting a returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately [5–10 business days] after approval for the refund to appear, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing.
If a returned product is opened, incomplete, damaged, altered, or no longer in its original condition, we may deny the refund or deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value, where permitted by law.
